Eligibility: Green Mountain Coffee® Commute in Style Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), and its subsidiaries, affiliates, independent sales distributors, participating convenience stores, advertising and promotional agencies and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household with such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate. Internet access and valid email account necessary to enter and win.

Sponsor/Administrator: “Sponsor”: Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc., 33 Coffee Lane, Waterbury, VT 05676. “Administrator”: US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 23, 2011, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 15, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to participate. 1) Online. During the Promotion Period, visit www.bettercoffeebetterride.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. After you submit the required information on the registration or login form, you will have the opportunity to submit one (1) entry. Participants may return to the site each remaining day of the Promotion Period and submit one entry per day. The use of automated entry devices of any kind is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt by a person to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using the same or multiple/different email accounts will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. To be eligible for participation in the Sweepstakes, each online Participant must input all required data on the Sweepstakes Registration Form. Incomplete or inaccurate entries shall be deemed void. Participants must have a valid email address. All entries must be received by no later than 11:59:59 PM ET, July15, 2011. Limit: One entry per person and or email address per day throughout the Promotion Period.

(2)Text Messaging. You may enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by sending a Text Message Entry ("TME") from a cellular telephone. For a valid TME, an Entrant must text the Keyword “RIDE” to shortcode “467467”. A valid TME will receive an automatic reply, via text messaging, confirming entry and whether the entry was an instant winner or not. Incomplete or inaccurate entries shall be deemed void. Entrant's wireless service provider may charge Entrant for each text message Entrant sends and/or receives, and Entrant shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with this form of entry. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding their pricing plans. Entrant must be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service, using a participating service provider in order to enter via this method. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone and service capabilities for specific text messaging instructions. All entries must be received by no later than 11:59:59 PM ET, July15, 2011. Limit: One entry per person and or email address per day throughout the Promotion Period.

In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized e-mail account holder, which is defined for purposes of these Official Rules as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an entry via text messaging, the TME will be deemed submitted by the person whose name is on the account associated with the cell phone number submitting the entry.

Collection and use of personally identifiable information will be in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy posted on its Web site.

Prizes & Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): One hundred thirteen (113) prizes with an ARV $40,050 will be available to be won throughout the Promotion Period as follows:

Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize consisting of a 2011 Ford Escape Hybrid Vehicle with standard equipment. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize Package is approximately: $35,000. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar vehicle of equal value if specified vehicle is not available.

The Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all car title, license and registration fees, freight, delivery, dealer prep, emissions inspection, additional equipment, all federal, state and local taxes, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the prize vehicle. The interior and exterior color options of the Grand Prize vehicle will be coordinated with the winner, but will ultimately be at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All additional car options will be the responsibility of the winner who must provide proof of valid insurance and driver’s license and payment as may be due.

Instant-Win Prizes: One hundred twelve (112) Instant-Win Prizes will be available to be won throughout the Promotion Period. Two (2) Instant-Win First Prizes each consisting of a SiriusXM™ XMp3i Satellite Radio and MP3 player and a one-year SiriusXM subscription which will be awarded in the form of a gift card(s) (ARV of First Prize Package: $350 each). Total ARV of all Instant-Win First Prizes being offered: $700. Ten (10) Instant-Win Second Prizes each consisting of a Garmin® nüvi® 1450 portable GPS navigation device (ARV of Second Prize: $185 each). Total ARV of all Instant-Win Second Prizes being offered: $1,850. One Hundred (100) Instant-Win Third Prizes each consisting of a $25 Quantum Rewards™ Prepaid MasterCard®. Total ARV of all Instant-Win Third Prizes being offered: $2,500. Limit: One Instant-Win prize per person and/or email address.

Instant-Win Prizes and Notification: Instant-Win Prizes will be awarded throughout the Promotion Period. One hundred twelve (112) random, computer-generated winning times, one for each prize listed above, will be generated during the Promotion Period. The first eligible participant to submit an entry at or after one of the randomly generated times, will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated. The time and day of entry, as recorded by Sponsor and the number of entries received will solely determine the odds of winning an Instant-Win Prize.

Return of prize or winner notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Winners of Instant-Win Prizes will receive an on-screen or text message notification (dependent on method of entry) stating the prize they have won. Non-winning entrants will not be notified. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all of the eligibility requirements set forth herein. Ineligible prize winners’ prizes and/or undeliverable prizes will not be awarded, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Grand Prize Drawing and Notification: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing, under the supervision of the Administrator, on or about July 20, 2011, from among all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize winner will be notified via email, and confirmed in writing that they are a potential prizewinner, within one week of the drawing date. In the notice, the Administrator will provide all necessary documentation that the winner must execute before being entitled to be the confirmed winner, and redeem their prize. The Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Release Documents”), within ten (10) days of written notification.

Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Administrators’ decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

Prize Conditions and Limitations: Instant-Win Prizes will be mailed to the home mailing address provided at entry within approximately 4 - 6 weeks of notification. Undeliverable prizes will not be awarded, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, and no cash equivalent for any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In no event shall more prizes be awarded than the number stated in the “Prizes” section above, and fewer may be awarded if insufficient qualified entries are received. Each prizewinner and/or their parent/legal guardian shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission from the winner to the Sponsor and its agents to use such winner’s name and/or likeness or a modified name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes related to the sweepstakes, other sweepstakes and their status as winners, in Sponsor’s and/or its agents’ sole discretion, worldwide, in perpetuity, in all forms of media whether now known or hereafter devised, without prior authorization from and without further compensation to or approval from Winner, except where prohibited by law. Terms, conditions, and replacement fees may apply to Gift Card prizes.

The potential Grand Prize Winner may be contacted by phone, mail or email with instructions on how to claim the prize. The Potential Winner will be required to furnish proof of identification to determine eligibility. Before being declared a Winner, Potential Winner, may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and a W-9 form (for U.S. residents) within fifteen (15) business days from the time they are postmarked as having been sent by the Sponsor’s representative or the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, and no cash equivalent for any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In no event shall more prizes be awarded than the number stated in the “Prizes” section above, and fewer, if insufficient qualified entries are received. If a minor wins the Grand Prize, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian in the name of the minor. Each prize winner and/or their parent/legal guardian shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are each Winner's responsibility. Delivery of vehicle will take place at a dealership designated by Sponsor within approximately sixty (60) days of notification. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission from the winner to the Sponsor and its agencies to use such winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Return of prize or winner notification as undeliverable, failure to respond to notification, failure to reach the winner and/or failure to provide required proof of eligibility, and any other required documentation in a timely manner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Non-winning participants will not be notified. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein. Undeliverable prizes will not be awarded, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Sweepstakes Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the mechanics of the Sweepstakes or the interpretation of these Official Rules. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents and marketing and advertising agencies, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from or arising in connection with the acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize offered, or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilized in, this Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing and/or transmissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participating in or downloading of materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor or Administrator that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes, and select winners from all Internet entries received up to the time of termination.

Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the mechanics or logistics or integrity of this Sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Disputes: Except where prohibited by law, all disputes concerning this Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the state of New York, without regard to its choice of laws or conflict of laws provisions. Entrants agree that all causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
